Shipping

All the pieces are handmade and created upon the order in our studio in Barcelona.

We have a certain creation process for each piece; therefore, please let us up to

two weeks for the magic to happen and for the jewelry pieces to be ready for shipping! 

The shipping cost depends on the country and company we hire. 

DOMESTIC and NEARBY EUROPE

Shipments can be sent with Local Post- Correos Express. It takes from 4 to 5 working days and cost is 6€.

Service works according to your local post.

EUROPE and INTERNATIONAL 

We use DHL express services. Shipments take 1 to 3 working days from Spain

to the destination. Cost for Europe and some close by countries is 16€ and for the rest of the world 25€.

Die Motte is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, but we can communicate

and solve doubts and complications.
