DELIVERY
All the pieces are handmade and created upon the order in our studio in Barcelona and Paris.
We have a certain creation process for each piece; therefore, please let us up to two weeks for the magic to happen and for the jewelry pieces to be ready for shipping!
The shipping cost depends on the country and company we hire. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number of your package.
All the e-shop orders are shipped via UPS services.
Personal pick up in Paris/Barcelona/Almaty is also available according to availability.

DELIVERY IN THE USA
For an order placed with a delivery in the USA, please kindly note that the price paid on our e-shop is the final price. We cover every taxes and import duties due by UPS upon reception of the parcel. During the parcel's transit, you might be contacted by DHL to provide some information required by the US Customs, for the clearance of the parcel, but you will not have to pay any additional fee.
LOSS OF A PACKAGE
ANEL RINAT ATELIER is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, but we can communicate and solve doubts and complications. We invite you to contact our Customer Service at anel.rinat@gmail.com and explain your situation to us with the tracking number of your package. We will find a solution !
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
MAKE A RETURN
You have 14 days upon reception of your order to return the pieces to us for a refund or a credit note.
Any exchange or refund request must be sent by my email to anel.rinat@gmail.com
You must indicate your name, phone number, order number and the reason for the return.
We will send you an email with the return postal address. You must return each item complete (packaging and accessories), in its initial condition and in its original packaging included in the package.
ANEL RINAT ATELIER does not assume responsibility for refund or compensation in the event that any returned package is lost, stolen or mishandled.
EXCHANGE AN ITEM
In case of the wrong sizing, we will gladly make an exchange to the better fitting size.
But the gems, and the metal selection are not under the question of exchange.
REFUND LEADTIME
You will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been made. Allow around 3 working days to give us time to process your return package.
